This is how to cook egg inside a coconut





My favorite way of cooking egg is to boil it. I like it this way because it's healthier, no need to use oil just to cook it although I've read that fried eggs have slightly higher minerals than boiled eggs. Each hard boiled egg provides 78 Calories, 0.6 grams of carbohydrates, 6.3 grams of protein and etc. This video is an experiment. I tried boiling an egg in a coconut using the coconut water. I took me 20 mins to cook 1 egg. The taste is a little bit different from water hard boiled eggs due to the fact that I used the coconut water instead of water.
